Chandra Prakash Madrecha is one of the founding members of Trimax and leads the finance team at Trimax . He has expertise in driving operational efficiency and financial management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and has close to 20 years of experience in the field of finance, especially in the IT sector.

Rajiv Korpal - SVP of Sales

Rajiv Korpal is the SVP of Sales for Trimax. He leads a bullish sales team that pursues and cultivates new business opportunities globally, in addition to fostering current client relations to optimize and sustain technological solutions which play a key role the growth stories of businesses. Rajiv is a seasoned technology strategist with over a decade of experience, serving in strategic roles with teams at Microsoft Corporation, New York Life, Guardian Life and has supported the U.S. Army through a Microsoft alliance. He has a drive for innovative technical solutions and providing clients with handpicked tools and methodology to thrive and maximize profitability. Rajiv earned his MBA in Information Systems from Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Rahul Bajaj - SVP of Global Revenue & New Initiatives

Rahul Bajaj, SVP, Global Revenue & New Initiatives, provides leadership and management to a results driven team in order to deliver quality services to a worldwide client base. Rahul possesses almost two decades of industry experience in operations, services and leadership, and is passionate about helping clients reach new levels of productivity and growth through the implementation of emerging technologies. Prior to joining Trimax, Rahul held positions at HSBC, and IBM, where he played operational and strategic roles, including setting up delivery & incident management centers. Rahul is a true team motivator with a drive for excellence and exceeding client expectations. He holds a bachelor's degree in business.

Anil Gupta - SVP of Finance

Anil Gupta has been associated has been with Trimax since 2011 and is an executive senior vice president on the finance team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He is fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has also passed the final examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Gupta has over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and taxation.

Ajay Varma - SVP of Finance & Operations for North America

Ajay Varma is the Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations. He has twenty plus years of experience with various roles in software application development with many fortune 500 companies like Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase & Moody's. In his most recent position, he was involved in helping deliver applications which distributed Equity, Economics & Fixed Income research digitally to the Institutional & High net worth clients of Citigroup.

Manmeet Singh - SVP of Global Strategy

Manmeet has passion for compliance, continual process improvement, and an appreciation for details. He oversees the company’s financial planning division and develops both short term and long term projections in accordance with strategies for growth. He has over a decade of financial performance experience and has played a key role in the company's success to date.

Carlos Merla - VP of Client Services

Carlos Merla has over two decades of senior leadership experience in the Information Technology field working with technical services, developers and support organizations. He has served over fifteen years with Microsoft Corporation managing and leading U.S. Field Engineers and held several leadership positions to include Services Director for Latin America, Technical Incubation Services and worked with Mergers and Acquisition. Carlos also brings additional leadership experience in marketing consumer goods and products and in developing sales organization through the U.S. market. With extensive international business experience in Latin America, Asia, UAE, and Europe he is also a published author, a Certified Executive Coach, Professional Speaker and Master Certified Coach Trainer.

Steven Laino - VP of Global Sales

Steven has a 30+ year career in the information technology industry having worked in several Fortune 500 corporations. His extensive sales achievements include numerous Data Center Assessments, Transformations and Migrations all large-scale critical projects including Data Center Creations and Relocations and Cloud Integrations. He demands not just of himself but of his entire sales team a comprehensive and extensive technical understanding of the complex technology solutions and services that Trimax has to offer as well as the ability to translate and articulate that into successful and affordable business solutions.

Donald Taylor - VP, Sales & Services for EMEA and APJ

Donald is a seasoned leader with deep experience in leading operational turnarounds, designing and deploying innovative enterprise wide solutions. Donald has gained his diverse experience working as Senior Functional & Operational Leader in the Americas, Europe and Asia. His skills come from the variety of positions held at Microsoft, which includes GM, Global Business Support-Western Europe and GM, Enterprise Developer Technical Services. With over 19 years at Microsoft and previously managing his own consultancy practice in the UK, his core areas of focus would be global delivery & operations. Donald’s depth and breadth of experience in leading change, together with his easy and collaborative style is invaluable in helping businesses deliver change! Donald lives with his family in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Jaspreet S. Mehta - Director of Resource Management Group

Jaspreet Singh has over 13 years of experience in the Information Technology field with a decade specializing in Resource Management. He is a seasoned professional with immense aptitude for startups and successfully completed high profile global projects. Jaspreet comes from an entrepreneurial background and has worked closely with Microsoft, IBM, Dell, TCS and Wipro. Ashwani Sharma is the head of BFSI at Trimax. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University and a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business, Texas, U.S.A. He has 14 years of experience in multi-channel business within the financial services and retail industries. He has been associated with Trimax since September 5, 2011.

Akhilesh Kothari

Akhilesh Kothari is the head of commercials at Trimax. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has more than 25 years of vast experience in accounts, finance, contract management, vendor management and commercial affairs. He has been associated with Trimax since October 20, 2011.
